He'll take stage 6b and go on for his first of two Dauphiné victories.

Herrera at the 1988 Tour de France. He made a valiantly effort but was denied the polka dot jersey finishing in 6th overall. Steven Rooks (KOM) with Pedro Delgado (overall winner and Yellow Jersey).
